The key objective from this course is to provide business development managers, inside sales and appointment setters with the key skills and tools to be able to cold call generate leads and book appointments with key targeted decision makers.
There is a lot of talk about what is the best way to prospect and secure appointments, some people say the phone is dead and they only get results from LinkedIn, some say email no longer works and they only get results from calls and some say they LinkedIn only works with certain prospects and that email works far better, in todays markets there are so many different ways of prospecting available there is no one approach that works over all others and the solution is to have a blended approach to prospecting using a number of tools.
Prospecting and appointment setting is no easier or harder today than it was 10 years ago it has simply evolved and your prospects are now more likely to be split across several communication methods rather than one or two.
This practical and engaging one day sales workshop will provide delegates with the knowledge, skills and more importantly the mindset to ensure they will leave the workshop with everything they need to make good quality cold calls that will result in sales opportunities including the confidence to handle call objections, develop more calls and take more positive outcomes from every call.

To accompany this course we also run an optional second day of live call coaching where delegates will benefit from a recap of day one and individual coaching and feedback on their sales calls throughout the day with delegates leaving the second day full of confidence and the ability to transition these new approaches into their day to day role.
