Within this one day workshop you will learn the essential telephone sales skills, sales techniques and sales strategies needed to win more sales, within this sales workshop you will learn how to ask better questions, understand buyers needs, learn how to understand and deal with buyers objections plus learn how to work with buyers to secure the sale.

The workshop will also cover time management for sales people as well as understanding how to manage sales pipelines and manage prospect lists, by investing one day of your time you will walk away with the skills that will help you to make more commission, every month.


Day two live call coaching (Optional)


To accompany this course we also run an optional second day of live call coaching where delegates will benefit from a recap of day one and individual coaching and feedback on their sales calls throughout the day with delegates leaving the second day full of confidence and the ability to transition these new approaches into their  day to day role.
