This course will provide delegates with an intelligent, grown up approach to outbound telesales, delivered by an experienced trainer, they will share their experience, knowledge and the techniques they use themselves to secure meetings and high value sales to achieve their own sales goals.
We begin the course by covering the most important aspects of outbound telesales; mindset and resilience, having the right mindset is critical to achieving outbound telesales success, we will walk delegates through the process of getting into the telesales mindset and the importance of resilience, delegates will quickly understand that rejection and objections are not the opposites of telesales success but in fact a key part of the journey to success and in many cases can provide a sales opportunity.
Delegates will learn the skills and knowledge to go into every call armed with a more structured approach, more confidence and a proven strategy to take away more successful outcomes and leads from more of the sales calls they make.
Delegates will learn how to set agile call objectives and discover how to overcome the most challenging of call objections as well as discover our proven approach to working with PA’s and gatekeepers to achieve more successful outcome from calls.
Day two live call coaching (Optional)
To accompany this course we also run an optional second day of live call coaching where delegates will benefit from a recap of day one and individual coaching and feedback on their sales calls throughout the day with delegates leaving the second day full of confidence and the ability to transition these new approaches into their day to day role.
