Think Selling Sales Solutions Limited Terms & Conditions (Updated 03-03-2020)

Course Registration and Booking Policy - All workshop bookings will only be registered upon the completion of a workshop booking form, Individual registration forms must be completed for each delegate, once your completed registration form has been received by Think Selling Sales Training Limited we will acknowledge your provisional booking and your workshop place will be reserved for 7 working days or until full payment is received in cleared funds whichever is sooner, once full payment is received you will receive written confirmation of your confirmed registration and booking for your chosen workshop along with your workshop joining instructions.

Payment Terms - Payment terms are strictly 7 days, your exact payment date is stipulated within your invoice, your booking will not be confirmed until full payment is received in cleared funds, for late bookings and bookings made within 7 days of the workshop date full payment must be received prior to the workshop date, your workshop booking will not be confirmed until payment is received, if payment is not received by your payment due date your reserved place will be released as a free workshop place and delegates risk losing their place, Think Selling Sales Training Limited reserves the right to refuse admission to delegates for whom the course fee has not been paid in full.

Deposit Payments - For new clients, a deposit of 50% of your invoice will be required as per your invoice to secure your agreed training/workshop date.

Late Payment - Late payment of workshop bookings may be liable to late payment charges and or administration charges, Under the European late payment charter Think Selling Sales Training Limited reserves the right to charge 8% plus the current Bank of England base rate as a monthly interest charge for all late payments that fall into any month thereafter the invoice due date, subsequent late payment delays may also result in an administration charge being levied on the account.

Discounts and Price Reductions - Please note that all discounts and price reductions are only applicable to invoices paid in full and on time, any invoices paid in arrears or not paid in full will be subject to the full published cost of the respective course our courses booked.

Hotel Accommodation - Hotel accommodation is not included within the course fees, unfortunately, we are unable to provide hotel accommodation in conjunction with any booking although our team would be happy to provide details of nearby hotels for delegates.
Post Training Support - Post training support is provided to clients upon the understanding that all payments are made in full and on time in accordance with your invoice terms, we reserve the right to withhold the provision of all or any part of our post-training support including direct access to the trainer for questions if payment is not received in full and on time.
Cancellation or Failure to Attend a Workshop - Once a completed registration form and full payment is received your booking is confirmed, any cancellations must be received in writing, no later than 10 days prior to the start date of the course, course fees will not be refunded after that date although a substitute delegate can be nominated. Course fees will not be refunded if a delegate fails to attend a workshop although a substitute can be nominated in their place. (Bookings made within 10 days of the workshop date will not be refunded if canceled within the period)

Changes to Dates & Venues - We reserve the right to change the date and/or venue of any course, without liability and to cancel courses due to insufficient numbers of participating delegates and or any mitigating circumstances beyond our control, in such cases an alternative or rescheduled date will be provided, in the event of the delegate wishing to cancel their booking in such circumstances all course fees will be refunded.

Dietary Requirements/ Food Allergies – Think Selling will request confirmation of any dietary requirements for delegates attending public workshops, Delegates are requested to provide details of any food allergies to the training team or the trainer/facilitator on the day of the training session.

Think Selling will take all reasonable actions to ensure that these requirements are met; Think Selling cannot take responsibility for food or refreshments provided by third-party venues and or third party providers and it is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that they clarify ingredients and/or any potential risks contained within any food or refreshments provided by third parties.

Medical Conditions - Think Selling will request confirmation of any present or historic medical conditions for delegates attending public workshops, Delegates are requested to provide details of any medical conditions to the training team or the trainer/facilitator on the day of the training session.

Potential Exposure to Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Following the UK government briefing of 3rd March 2020, we request that all delegates provide confirmation of any potential risk that Coronavirus (COVID-19) could have on our clients and client projects, we have a wider duty of care to our staff and our clients to ensure that we take every measure available to prevent any impact Coronavirus (COVID-19) may have on our staff and our clients, we would request that delegates provide confirmation that they have not traveled to or returned from any country recognised by the World Health Organisation as “high risk or locked down” from Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have not had any direct contact with any persons exposed to Coronavirus (COVID-19) within a 4 week period prior to a training workshop.

We reserve the right to refuse access to a workshop if we believe a delegate on the grounds of health and safety.
​
Delivery of Training – In the unlikely event that we identify a potential health risk as a result of potential exposure to Coronavirus (COVID-19) we reserve the right to provide an alternative delivery method for in house and public workshops, this may include the delivery of training material via video link or remote access platforms.

Copyright and Intellectual Property - The copyright and ownership of any intellectual property rights of any training notes, training slides, post-training support material and articles issued by Think Selling Sales Training Limited as part of a course or post-training support will remain with Think Selling Sales Training and its associates. Any such notes and slides may not be reproduced, reused or distributed in any form or by any means in conjunction with any commercial or non-commercial activity without the written permission of Think Selling Sales Training Limited.

Payment Instructions - When making payment to Think Selling Sales Training Limited place note that we only accept the following payment methods for all invoices: BACS or Electronic Transfer
