I hope you are keeping safe and the impact of the corona virus isn’t having too much of a negative effect on you and your business.

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding how Think Selling are dealing with the ongoing situation regarding coronavirus

 

Business as normal

Think Selling was one of the first training providers in the UK to adopt and apply live online training applications four years ago and this has been a solution we have successfully delivered to hundreds of sales teams over the past four years.

Our experience and expertise in delivering successful training sessions via this platform has allowed us to continue to deliver over 98% of our training as scheduled as a live interactive online training program, as many of our clients booked a face to face training session we are providing a face to face refresher session as part of their package at a later date at no additional cost.

 

We’re still here to help and support you

 

Our priority is to deliver all of the scheduled training programs booked by our clients and continue to support and provide training solutions for our clients throughout this situation whilst ensuring that the safety of our staff and clients is safeguarded at all times.

Whist the situation remains fluid and ever-changing we have put several contingencies in place to ensure that we will be able to remain operational throughout this situation. 

 

· All training sessions will be delivered initially as a live online interactive session with a free face to face session delivered at a later date.

 

· Our operations team will be working remotely and self-isolating throughout this period to ensure we remain operational.

Out of adversity comes opportunity

 

Benjamin Franklin famously said that out of adversity comes opportunity and many of our clients are using the opportunity of team members working from home and self-isolating to engage in sales training to ensure that when business return to normal their teams are as well prepared and focused as they can be to generate the sales and revenue needed to get their businesses back on track.
